1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION.
1.6$700,000 in fiscal year 2014 and $700,000 in fiscal year 2015 are appropriated
1.7from the general fund to the commissioner of human services for a grant to the nonprofit
1.8organization selected to administer the demonstration project for high-risk adults under
1.9Laws 2007, chapter 54, article 1, section 19, in order to complete the project. This is
1.10a onetime appropriation.
1.11EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.
