1.2relating to agriculture; repealing the ethanol producer payment program;
1.3repealing Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 41A.09, subdivisions 1a, 2a, 3a, 4, 10.
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. REPEALER.
1.6Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 41A.09, subdivisions 1a, 2a, 3a, 4, and 10, are
1.7repealed.
1.8 Sec. 2. REVISOR'S INSTRUCTION.
1.9The revisor of statutes shall correct or eliminate cross-references in Minnesota
1.10Statutes and Minnesota Rules to the subdivisions repealed in section 1.
1.11 Sec. 3. EFFECTIVE DATE.
1.12Section 1 is effective July 1, 2011.
