1.6$41,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the Minnesota Humanities
1.7Commission for a grant to Everybody Wins!-Minnesota, a Minnesota 501(c)(3)
1.8corporation, to operate a reading program for Minnesota children. This is a onetime
1.9appropriation.
