1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.4 Section 1. CANISTEO MINE PIT DRAINAGE.
1.5By July 1, 2011, the commissioner of natural resources must begin pumping to drain
1.6all water from the Canisteo mine pit in Itasca County.
1.7EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.
1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
