1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. ICF/DD RATE INCREASE.
1.6The daily rate at an intermediate care facility for the developmentally disabled
1.7located in Clearwater County and classified as a Class A facility with 15 beds shall be
1.8increased from $112.73 to $138.23 beginning July 1, 2011.
1.9 Sec. 2. APPROPRIATION.
1.10$....... is appropriated in fiscal year 2012 from the general fund to the commissioner
1.11of human services for the purposes of section 1.
