1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. Laws 1999, chapter 241, article 4, section 25, is amended by adding a
1.7subdivision to read:
1.8 Subd. 4. Special School District No. 6, South St. Paul. Special School District
1.9No. 6, South St. Paul, is eligible for the alternative facilities revenue program under
1.10Minnesota Statutes, section 123B.59, for the purposes of financing school facilities
1.11improvements in the district.
1.12EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective for revenue for fiscal year 2014
1.13and later.
