1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; AFRICAN DEVELOPMENT CENTER.
1.6$500,000 is appropriated for the biennium beginning July 1, 2013, from the workforce
1.7development fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a
1.8grant to the African Development Center for job and entrepreneur training and financial
1.9literacy programs in Minneapolis, St. Cloud, Willmar, Mankato, and Rochester.
