1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATIONS; TELECOMMUNICATIONS/INTERNET
1.6ACCESS EQUITY AID.
1.7 Subdivision 1. Department of Education. The sums indicated in this section are
1.8appropriated from the general fund to the Department of Education for the fiscal years
1.9designated.
1.10 Subd. 2. Telecommunications/Internet access equity aid. For full funding of
1.11telecommunications/Internet access equity aid under Minnesota Statutes, section 125B.26:
1.3telecommunications/Internet access equity aid; appropriating money.
