1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.4 Section 1. APPROPRIATION.
1.5$500,000 is appropriated for the biennium beginning July 1, 2013, from the general
1.6fund to the commissioner of human services for purposes of the family assets for
1.7independence program under Minnesota Statutes, section 256E.35.
