1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 124D.111, subdivision 1, is amended to
1.6read:
1.7 Subdivision 1. School lunch aid computation. Each school year, the state must pay
1.8participants in the national school lunch program the amount of12
1.9paid, reduced-price, and free student lunch served to students.
1.10EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective July 1, 2013.
