1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; ATV TRAIL GRANT; LAKE COUNTY.
1.6$513,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2012 from the all-terrain vehicle account in
1.7the natural resources fund to the commissioner of natural resources for a grant to Lake
1.8County for completion of the all-terrain vehicle trail along the C. J. Ramstad/Northshore
1.9State Trail. This is a onetime appropriation and is available until spent.
