1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; WATER RECREATION ACCOUNT.
1.6$300,000 in fiscal year 2014 is appropriated from the water recreation account in
1.7the natural resources fund to the commissioner of natural resources for construction of
1.8restroom facilities at the public water access for Crane Lake on Handberg Road. This is a
1.9onetime appropriation and is available until the construction is completed.
