1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 144.98, is amended by adding a
1.6subdivision to read:
1.7 Subd. 8. Exemption. Municipal environmental laboratories that test samples for
1.8their own permit compliance or for other municipalities for compliance with their permits
1.9are exempt from the requirements in this section.
