1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICES PROJECT.
1.6$300,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2015 from the general fund to the Board of
1.7Regents of the University of Minnesota for the Center for Integrated Natural Resources
1.8and Agricultural Management (CINRAM) to compile a science-based, voluntary, holistic,
1.9and comprehensive portfolio of best management practices for nonwoody biomass.
