1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; CORRIDORS OF COMMERCE RIGHT-OF-WAY
1.6ACQUISITION.
1.7$50,000,000 in fiscal year 2015 is appropriated from the general fund to the
1.8commissioner of transportation for right-of-way acquisition for projects in the corridors
1.9of commerce program under Minnesota Statutes, section 161.088. The commissioner
1.10may identify projects based on the most recent selection process or may perform a new
1.11selection. This is a onetime appropriation. Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section
1.1216A.28, this appropriation is available for three years after the year of appropriation.
