1.2relating to game and fish; allowing use of three lines to take fish through ice;
1.3amending Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 97C.315, subdivision 1.
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 97C.315, subdivision 1, is amended to read:
1.6 Subdivision 1. Lines. An angler may not use more than one line except:
1.7(1)two three lines may be used to take fish through the ice; and
1.8(2) the commissioner may, by rule, authorize the use of two lines in areas designated
1.9by the commissioner in Lake Superior.
