1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. RACING COMMISSION.
1.6$100,000 in fiscal year 2014 and $85,000 in fiscal year 2015 are appropriated
1.7from the racing and card playing regulation account in the special revenue fund to the
1.8Minnesota Racing Commission. These appropriations are onetime and are available
1.9either year of the biennium.
