1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. MINNESOTA FORESTS FOR THE FUTURE PROGRAM.
1.6$....... in fiscal year 2014 is appropriated from the outdoor heritage fund to the
1.7commissioner of natural resources to acquire permanent working forest easements on up
1.8to 128,000 acres of private forest lands in Itasca, Koochiching, and Saint Louis Counties
1.9identified through the Minnesota forests for the future program under Minnesota Statutes,
1.10section 84.66.
