1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.4 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; OPEN CITIES HEALTH CENTER.
1.5$600,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2015 from the general fund to the
1.6commissioner of health to provide funding to Open Cities Health Center to establish a
1.7north-end clinic at 916 Rice Street in St. Paul, Minnesota. This expansion shall provide
1.8services to low-income individuals and families and address healthcare disparities in
1.9the community.
1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
