1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. EMERGENCY COMMUNICATION SYSTEM CONSOLE UPGRADE
1.6GRANT PROGRAM.
1.7The Statewide Emergency Communication Board (SECT) shall administer a
1.8program to provide grants to local emergency response agencies to pay for a portion of the
1.9cost of upgrading emergency communication consoles required as a result of an ARMER
1.10software update scheduled for May 2016.
1.11 Sec. 2. APPROPRIATION.
1.12$....... in fiscal year 2015 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
1.13of transportation to fund the grant program established in section 1.
