1.2relating to education; complying with the Military Interstate Children's Compact.
1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.4 Section 1. MILITARY INTERSTATE CHILDREN'S COMPACT.
1.5 Subdivision 1. Application. To the extent possible in compliance with applicable
1.6law, the Department of Education shall comply with the model language of the Military
1.7Interstate Children's Compact Commission.
1.8 Subd. 2. Report. By February 1, 2013, the commissioner of education shall report
1.9to the legislative committees with jurisdiction over education policy recommendations
1.10necessary to fully implement the model language in statute.
