1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. RULEMAKING; MOBILE BARBER SHOPS.
1.6The Board of Barber Examiners shall amend Minnesota Rules, part 2100.7000,
1.7to allow for the operation of mobile barber shops. The board may use the good cause
1.8exemption under Minnesota Statutes, section 14.388, to adopt rules under this section, and
1.9Minnesota Statutes, section 14.386, does not apply except as provided under Minnesota
1.10Statutes, section 14.388.
