1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. CAPITOL AREA ARCHITECTURAL AND PLANNING BOARD.
1.6No later than November 1, 2012, the executive secretary of the Capitol Area
1.7Architectural and Planning Board must commission a bust of United States Senator Paul
1.8Wellstone for permanent display in the Capitol building.
