1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 103G.287, subdivision 2, is amended to
1.6read:
1.7 Subd. 2. Relationship to surface water resources. Groundwater appropriations
1.8that havepotential demonstrated and measurable impacts to surface waters are subject to
1.9applicable provisions in section103G.285 .
