1.2relating to health; prohibiting smoking in residences that provide foster care
1.3for children; amending Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 144.414, by adding a
1.4subdivision.
1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 144.414, is amended by adding a
1.7subdivision to read:
1.8 Subd. 2a. Foster care for children. Smoking is prohibited in a residence that is
1.9licensed to provide foster care for children, pursuant to Minnesota Rules, parts 9560.0500
1.10to 9560.0850.
1.3for children; amending Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 144.414, by adding a
1.4subdivision.
