1.6BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.7 Section 1. [97A.167] MEETINGS SUBJECT TO OPEN MEETING LAW.
1.8Meetings between the Department of Natural Resources, the eight Ojibwe bands,
1.9and the Great Lakes Indian Fish and Wildlife Commission regarding the 1837 treaty rights
1.10shall be open to the public and subject to the open meeting provisions under chapter 13D.
