1.1A bill for an act
1.2relating to state government; requiring transfer of property at the Department of
1.3Human Services' Cambridge campus to Anoka-Ramsey Community College;
1.4appropriating money.
1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

1.6    Section 1. TRANSFER OF PROPERTY AND APPROPRIATIONS TO
1.7ANOKA-RAMSEY COMMUNITY COLLEGE.
1.8(a) The commissioner of human services must transfer all real property on the
1.9department's campus in Cambridge to the Anoka-Ramsey Community College for
1.10development of trades programs to be offered at the community college's Cambridge
1.11campus.
1.12(b) The commissioner of management and budget must determine the amount of
1.13appropriations to the commissioner of human services for the fiscal year ending June 30,
1.142015, that are related to operation of programs at the Department of Human Services'
1.15campus in Cambridge. The amount determined by the commissioner is reduced from
1.16appropriations to the commissioner of human services and is transferred and appropriated
1.17to the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities for development of trades programs at
1.18the Cambridge campus of the Anoka-Ramsey Community College.
