1.3Wayzata, to participate in the alternative facilities revenue program;amending
1.4Laws 1999, chapter 241, article 4, section 25, by adding a subdivision.
1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. Laws 1999, chapter 241, article 4, section 25, is amended by adding a
1.7subdivision to read:
1.8 Subd. 3. Independent School District No. 284, Wayzata. Independent School
1.9District No. 284, Wayzata, is eligible for the alternative facilities revenue program under
1.10Minnesota Statutes, section 123B.59, for the purposes of financing school facilities
1.11in the district.
1.12EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective for revenue for fiscal years 2013
1.13and later.
