1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. Laws 2011, First Special Session chapter 9, article 2, section 14, is amended
1.7by adding an effective date to read:
1.8EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment
1.9and applies to applications for the health professional education loan forgiveness program
1.10submitted on or after that date.
