1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; PEACE OFFICER'S MEMORIAL.
1.6$55,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2013 from the general fund to the Department
1.7of Administration to make needed repairs of the Peace Officer's Memorial on the Capitol
1.8grounds. This appropriation is available until expended.
