1.2relating to human services; increasing the daily rate at an ICF/MR facility in
1.3Clearwater County; amending Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 256B.5012, by
1.4adding a subdivision.
1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 256B.5012, is amended by adding a
1.7subdivision to read:
1.8 Subd. 9. ICF/MR rate increase. Effective July 1, 2011, the commissioner shall
1.9increase the daily rate to $138.23 at an intermediate care facility for the developmentally
1.10disabled located in Clearwater County and classified as a class A facility with 15 beds.
1.11EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective July 1, 2011.
