1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.4 Section 1. BRAINERD DAM; CITY OF BRAINERD.
1.5The requirements of Minnesota Statutes, section 103G.525, have been met and
1.6the city of Brainerd may purchase the Brainerd Dam on the Mississippi River in Crow
1.7Wing County.
1.8EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.
