1.9BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.10 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2013 Supplement, section 126C.10, subdivision 2, is
1.11amended to read:
1.12 Subd. 2. Basic revenue.For fiscal year 2014, the basic revenue for each district
1.13equals the formula allowance times the adjusted marginal cost pupil units for the school
1.14year. For fiscal year 2015 and later, the basic revenue for each district equals the formula
1.15allowance times the adjusted pupil units for the school year.The formula allowance for
1.16fiscal year 2013 is $5,224. The formula allowance for fiscal year 2014 is $5,302. The
1.17formula allowance for fiscal year 2015 is $5,806. The formula allowance for fiscal year
1.182016 and later is$5,806 $5,906.
1.19EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective for revenue for fiscal years 2016
1.20and later.
1.21 Sec. 2. REPEALER.
1.22Minnesota Statutes 2013 Supplement, sections 124D.861; and 124D.862, and
1.23Minnesota Rules, parts 3535.0100; 3535.0110; 3535.0120; 3535.0130; 3535.0140;
1.243535.0150; 3535.0160; 3535.0170; and 3535.0180, are repealed.
2.1EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective July 1, 2015.
