1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.4 Section 1. LABOR AGREEMENTS AND COMPENSATION PLANS.
1.5 Subdivision 1. Minnesota State College faculty. The labor agreement between the
1.6state of Minnesota and the Minnesota State College faculty, recommended for approval
1.7by the Legislative Coordinating Commission Subcommittee on Employee Relations on
1.8May 1, 2013, is ratified.
1.9 Subd. 2. MnSCU administrators. The personnel plan for Minnesota State Colleges
1.10and Universities administrators, recommended for approval by the Legislative Coordinating
1.11Commission Subcommittee on Employee Relations on May 1, 2013, is ratified.
1.12 Subd. 3. Minnesota Insurance Marketplace, now known as MNsure. The
1.13compensation plan for the director and managerial staff of the Minnesota Insurance
1.14Marketplace, now known as MNsure, recommended for approval by the Legislative
1.15Coordinating Commission Subcommittee on Employee Relations on May 1, 2013, is
1.16ratified.
1.17 Sec. 2. EFFECTIVE DATE.
1.18Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
