1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; CROW WING STATE PARK.
1.6$873,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2012 from the parks and trails fund to the
1.7commissioner of natural resources for an agreement with the Parks and Trails Council of
1.8Minnesota to acquire land within the statutory boundaries of Crow Wing State Park.
