1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. SCHOOL TECHNOLOGY AND OPERATING CAPITAL AID.
1.6For fiscal years 2014 and 2015 only, a school district's school technology and
1.7operating capital aid equals $55 times the district's adjusted marginal cost pupil units
1.8for the school year. This aid must only be used for the purposes of Minnesota Statutes,
1.9section 126C.10, subdivision 14.
1.10 Sec. 2. APPROPRIATION.
1.11 Subdivision 1. Department of Education. The sums indicated in this section are
1.12appropriated from the general fund to the Department of Education for the fiscal years
1.13designated.
1.14 Subd. 2. School technology and operating capital aid. For school technology
1.15and operating capital aid under section 1:
1.18This is a onetime appropriation.
