1.3Highway 23 as Officer Tom Decker Memorial Highway;amending Minnesota
1.4Statutes 2012, section 161.14, by adding a subdivision.
1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 161.14, is amended by adding a
1.7subdivision to read:
1.8 Subd. 73. Officer Tom Decker Memorial Highway. That segment of marked
1.9Trunk Highway 23 from the east border of the township of Wakefield to the west border of
1.10the city of Richmond is designated as "Officer Tom Decker Memorial Highway." Subject
1.11to section 161.139, the commissioner shall adopt a suitable design to mark this highway
1.12and erect appropriate signs.
