1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 97A.465, is amended by adding a
1.7subdivision to read:
1.8 Subd. 7. Military personnel on leave. Military personnel that do not hold a
1.9Minnesota driver's license and are in the state on leave may obtain a resident license to
1.10hunt if the individual possesses official military leave papers.
