1.2relating to transportation; providing for certain cities to receive state aid.
1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.4 Section 1. STATE AID FOR CITIES.
1.5A city that has at any time been classified as having a population of 5,000 or more
1.6for the purposes of Minnesota Statutes, chapter 162, and that has a population greater
1.7than 4,900 but less than 5,000 according to the 2010 federal census, is deemed to have a
1.8population of 5,000 for purposes of Minnesota Statutes, chapter 162.
1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
