1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. Laws 2012, chapter 235, section 8, the effective date, is amended to read:
1.6EFFECTIVE DATE; SUNSET.This section is effective upon approval by the
1.7Winnebago City Council and compliance with Minnesota Statutes, section645.021 , and
1.8expires on December 31, 2012.
