1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. Laws 2010, First Special Session chapter 1, article 5, section 4, is amended
1.7to read:
1.11$2,079,000 of the reduction in 2011 is from
1.12the central offices and shared services unit
1.13appropriation. None of these reductions may
1.14be charged back or allocated to the campuses.
1.15$47,921,000 of the reduction in 2011
1.16is from the operations and maintenance
1.17appropriation.
1.18For fiscal years 2012 and 2013, the base for
1.19operations and maintenance is$580,802,000
1.20 $532,881,000 each year.
1.21EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.
1.22 Sec. 2. Laws 2010, First Special Session chapter 1, article 5, section 5, is amended to
1.23read:
2.4The appropriation reductions for each
2.5purpose are shown in the following
2.6subdivisions.
2.8For fiscal years 2012 and 2013, the base for
2.9operations and maintenance is$578,370,000
2.10 $533,764,000 each year.
2.14$26,000 of the 2011 reduction is from the St.
2.15Cloud family practice residency program.
2.20EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.
