1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 97B.211, subdivision 1, is amended to read:
1.7 Subdivision 1. Possession of firearms prohibited. (a) A person may not take deer
1.8by archery while in possession of a firearm.
1.9(b) Paragraph (a) does not apply to a person carrying a handgun in compliance
1.10with section 624.714.
1.3taking deer by archery;amending Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 97B.211,
1.4subdivision 1.
1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
