1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. ELEVATOR REPAIR LEVY; NORMAN COUNTY WEST SCHOOL
1.6DISTRICT.
1.7For taxes payable in 2014 and 2015, Independent School District No. 2527,
1.8Norman County West, may levy for an amount not to exceed $27,500 in each year. The
1.9proceeds of this levy must be used to refurbish an existing elevator with new electrical and
1.10mechanical components.
1.11EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective for taxes payable in 2014 and 2015.
