1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. DEMONSTRATION PROJECT FOR HIGH-RISK ADULTS;
1.6APPROPRIATION.
1.7$....... in fiscal year 2012 and $....... in fiscal year 2013 are appropriated from the
1.8general fund to the commissioner of public safety for grants to the nonprofit organization
1.9selected to administer the demonstration project for high-risk adults under Laws 2007,
1.10chapter 54, article 1, section 19, in order to continue the project for a third biennium.
1.11This is a onetime appropriation.
