1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. [3.194] REVENUE FROM PUBLICATIONS; MEDIA
1.7PRODUCTIONS.
1.8(a) The house of representatives and the senate must:
1.9(1) solicit paid advertising in weekly news magazines published by legislative
1.10staff; and
1.11(2) accept donations and solicit sponsorships for media productions that provide the
1.12public access to legislative proceedings.
1.13(b) Revenue received by the house of representatives and senate under this section is
1.14appropriated to the house of representatives or the senate, as applicable.
