1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATIONS.
1.6 Subdivision 1. Department of Education. The sums indicated in this section are
1.7appropriated from the general fund to the Department of Education for the fiscal years
1.8designated.
1.9 Subd. 2. School energy conservation pilot project. For a grant to the Northeast
1.10Service Cooperative for a pilot project related to energy conservation programs in
1.11Northeast Service Cooperative member school districts:
1.3energy conservation programs in some school districts.
