1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. TRUNK HIGHWAY 14 APPROPRIATION.
1.6$200,000,000 is appropriated to the commissioner of transportation from the trunk
1.7highway fund for fiscal year 2012, for construction or reconstruction of marked Trunk
1.8Highway 14 as a four-lane divided highway, from the city of New Ulm to the intersection
1.9with Nicollet County State-Aid Highway 6, located west of the city of North Mankato.
1.10Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.28, this appropriation is available for
1.11five years following the year of appropriation.
1.12EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective July 1, 2011.
