1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.4 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; LIVESTOCK INVESTMENT GRANTS.
1.5$....... in fiscal year 2012 and $....... in fiscal year 2013 are appropriated from
1.6the general fund to the commissioner of agriculture to provide competitive grants to
1.7eligible livestock producers under the livestock investment grant program established in
1.8Minnesota Statutes, section 17.118.
