SENATE BILL NO. 1107

A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled

"Public health code,"

by repealing section 18113 (MCL 333.18113).

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Enacting section 1. Section 18113 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.18113, is repealed.

Enacting section 2. This amendatory act does not take effect unless Senate Bill No. 1108 of the 103rd Legislature is enacted into law.
