ENROLLED SENATE BILL No. 921

AN ACT to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled �An act to consolidate prior acts naming certain Michigan highways; to provide for the naming of certain highways; to prescribe certain duties of the state transportation department; and to repeal acts and parts of acts and certain resolutions,� (MCL 250.1001 to 250.2091) by adding section 8c.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

Sec. 8c. (1) The portion of highway M-35 in Forsyth Township beginning at the northern township limit of Turin Township extending northwest to the southern township limit of Richmond Township shall be known as the �Ben Lauren and Don Riling Memorial Highway�.

(2) The bridge on highway US-2 over the Escanaba River in Delta County shall be known as the �Senator Tom Casperson Memorial Bridge�.

(3) The portion of highway US-24 in Wayne County beginning at the intersection with M-153 and extending north to the intersection with Warren Avenue shall be known as the �Julie Plawecki Memorial Highway�.
